A rested, youthful look with minimally invasive eyebrow lifting.
What it is & what it offers
Eyebrow lifting (brow lift) is a brief and safe procedure that aims to restore the eyebrows to their youthful position, restoring their natural arch. The purpose of the procedure is to "rest" the gaze, reduce wrinkles around the eyes and forehead, and give a more vibrant and refreshed appearance to the face, boosting the patient's confidence.
What we correct
The procedure aims at the harmonious rejuvenation of the upper third of the face, adapted to the needs of each patient. It offers significant benefits in the following cases:
Beauty by Design
Brow lift restores the natural position of the eyebrows, revealing a more rested, rejuvenated look with discreet scars that are usually hidden within the hairline.
Pre-operative preparation
Before surgery, a consultation meeting with the plastic surgeon takes place. The patient informs the doctor about their skin condition, any allergies or sensitivities. For the day of the procedure, instructions are to avoid eyebrow hair removal or the application of exfoliating products beforehand, and to arrive with a clean face and no make-up.
The Procedure
Local anaesthesia is usually applied. The area is thoroughly cleaned and the surgeon proceeds with the necessary markings.
Direct brow lift: The incision is made directly at the upper border of the eyebrow hairs (requires a thick eyebrow for coverage). Temporal brow lift: Two small incisions within the temporal hairline (can also be performed endoscopically). Trichophytic brow lift: A popular technique for the forehead and eyebrows with a discreet incision at the hairline.
The surgeon removes excess skin or places internal sutures for tissue elevation, depending on the technique.
The procedure is completed with fine sutures. Healing is rapid and the incisions are designed to be discreet.

After Surgery
Bruising and swelling are normal and subside in 4–7 days. The use of cold compresses helps significantly.
Suture removal takes place after one week.
Return to light daily activities after 2–3 days.
Return to strenuous physical exercise and the gym is permitted after 15–20 days.
Like any surgery, it carries risks of scarring or asymmetry. Extremely rarely, temporary or permanent damage to the frontal nerve may occur, affecting eyebrow movement.
FAQ
If the tired look is due to excess skin/fat on the upper eyelid, blepharoplasty is indicated. If it is due to drooping brows pressing on the eyelids, a brow lift is needed. Try lifting your eyebrows with your fingers: if the appearance improves significantly, a brow lift may be the right solution. The two procedures are often combined.
The lift usually provides a long-lasting structural change, although the natural ageing process of the body continues.
It is aimed at people with loose skin in the area of the eyebrows and forehead, fine lines, wrinkles on the forehead and eyebrow asymmetry.
